We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when necessary to provide our services — for example, with our booking (Cal.com), payment (Stripe), and email delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We retain coaching records, including signed agreements and session notes, for a minimum of three (3) years in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, after which they are securely destroyed. Other information, such as contact form messages, is retained only as long as needed to respond and provide follow-up.

This website uses minimal local storage to remember your language preference (English or Spanish). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Our third-party booking and email tools may set their own cookies to function properly; please review their policies for details.
